Hi, I’m Manda Walker, a Mortgage Advisor and The Mortgage Coach.

Early on in my journey As a mortgage advisor, I began working with a number of people who wanted to apply for a mortgage but just weren’t ready – they didn’t understand the financial implications of taking out a mortgage, they didn’t have their ideal credit score or they didn’t have the required deposit. These were just some of the barriers preventing clients from getting a mortgage acceptance from lenders. I realised that there was a lot of pre-work needed to get ready to apply for a mortgage, so I created the Get Mortgage Ready Bootcamp and now the Get Mortgage Ready Club - membership site. This content and community provides you a wealth of knowledge that will give you confidence to achieve your dream of buying your own property. I purchased my first flat at 22yrs and my first investment property at 27yrs old.     A: Each video is up to 15 -20 minutes long.

    A: The video modules are self-studied so you can choose to view them when it suits you. A new module will be uploaded weekly. The live fortnightly coaching calls are every other Wednesday. These will be recorded for those who cannot attend live session.

    A: There is no special equipment needed.

  • Q: Will this be guaranteed to work?

    A: If you follow the course exactly according to the instructions, you will improve your chances of obtaining a mortgage offer. However, there is no guarantee that you will get a deal that is appropriate for your circumstances.
